Job description
At Oval we are looking to innovate the traditional finance space with a new completely disintermediated platform for saving and investing. You will be part of a team of serial ntrepreneurs with a global market experience in building tech startups and you will have the opportunity to change the financial market, by bringing better education and inclusion. You will be independent and can manage your own schedule but will be working with an international and diverse team of people that together have the mission to change the financial world forever.
In this Role you will:
Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters; Develop and lead internal audit and corporate compliance programs; Oversee delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities; Maintain proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large; Lead the team that provides full time, front line, Anti Money Laundering (AML)/ Financial Crime support to all the business product functions; Ensuring suitable policies and procedures are in place to meet the regulatory standards in multiple European countries in which we operate as well as the UK.; Ensuring that compliance framework activity is completed to the highest standard (this includes mapping of key local regulations, delivery of day to day compliance advice and support in completion of AML business risk assessments).

Requirements
Degree in Law or similar subjec; At least 10 years of working experience with at least a few years of MLRO role in large financial institutions or fintech startups; Professional Qualifications or studying towards professional qualifications such as the those offered by the International Compliance Association i.e. Certificate in Anti Money Laundering, Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention, Advanced Certificate in anti Money Laundering ; Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish; Fluency in both English, Italian (more languages such as Spanish are a plus)

Requisiti:
il candidato ideale deve avere almeno 5 anni di esperienza (documentata) in ristoranti di buon livello. Dovrà occuparsi della gestione dello staff della cucina e degli acquisti. Tipologia di inserimento:

Key Responsibilities:
- To operate the dispensary in accordance with all the legal responsibilities pertaining to the profession of pharmacy;
- To exercise all aspects of law, ethics and codes of practice as laid down by the Irish Pharmaceutical Society;
- To provide a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with Unicarepharmacy’s guidelines;
- To ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers;
- To interact with other health professionals;
- Active management of the Monthly submissions to Payment Boards;
- Pro-active management and follow up of the claims rejected;
- Any other projects and duties where they arise.
Education and skills:
- Master degree in Pharmacy or equivalent. Must hold a PSI (Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland) approved Pharmacy Qualification and hold a license to practice in the Republic of Ireland;
- Ability to deal with high volume dispensing;
- Must have a good business acumen;
- Must be highly organised;
- Must be competent and able to work under pressure;
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
- Customer focused.
