In this Role you will:
Be the first point of contact for prospective, new and existing users . Take ownership for keeping our users excited about the product through our various communication channels .Understand our users’ issues and facilitate their resolution. Work with the team to constantly improve the customer success process, keeping it lean and manageable at all times
Your Profile and Mindset
Striving in a destructured startup environment, not looking for the 9 to 5 role. Excited by the idea of having direct contact with customers. Propensity for problem solving and tend to prefer a solution-oriented approach. Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in stressful situations. Requirements
