The job:
• Dealing with client's queries through chat and email, ensuring the best quality service
• You will enrich your experience with valuable skills and knowledge in the latest technologies

Required profile:
• Native/ advanced level of Italian (C2)
• English as a 2nd language will be a plus
• For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
• For local applicants in remote work:
Remote work requires a high-speed Internet Service with a basic landline telephone service
• Operating System - Windows 10
• Web Browser – minimum version Google Chrome 23/ Mozilla Firefox 3/ Microsoft IE 10.0
• Ethernet Port available

UPLOAD 3.0 Mbps minimum
