42 restaurants (food and grill) are located in the UK : London Covent Garden, Bristol, Oxford, Farnham, Ascot, Bath Egham , St Albans Chelmsford, Ipswich, Elton, Beaconsfield, Leeds, Pool.
Description:
Candidates will ideally have previous experience working in a busy kitchen and cooking diploma ; have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills. Relevant training and a competitive salary including a share of the gratuities are offered to all successful applicants
Requirements:
- Cooking Diploma
- Have experience in all parts of the kitchen or previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Have high standard of food preparation and be able to monitor the quality of the dishes
- Have knowledge of all relevant legislation, Company policies and procedures
- Lead and supervise with the Head Chef that system are in place and adhere to concerning quality control, stock rotation
- Be a great team player
- Be passionate about customer service
- B1 level of English
Conditions:
- Permanent contract, 40 - 45 hours per week.
- Commis chef Salary # 6.50 per hrs
- Demi chef- Chef de partie Salary # 7.21 per hrs to # 7.50 hrs
- CDP : from # 7.50 to # 8.00 per hrs
Other information:
- Relocation assistance: a) assistance for administration (banking account, national Insurance number etc); b) help to find a permanent accommodation.
