ISPI is pleased to announce the new edition of the EPSO Competition Training Programme that will take place in Milan on 10-11-12 May 2018.

This 3-day intensive course aims to prepare participants for each stage of the European Personnel Selection Office’s (EPSO) recruitment process: Application Procedure, Pre-Selection Computer-Based Tests (Stage I), E-Tray Exercise (Stage II), and Assessment Centre (Stage III).

Goals of the training sessions:

• Explain the test methodologies 
• Highlight what assessors look for in each tests 
• Offer practical guidance on how to prepare effectively for each test
• Give valuable insights and tips on how to strategically tackle each test

The course will be held by expert trainers from Bruxelles and will be in English.
